Radiobiology for Targeted and Personalized Radiotherapy

This post‐doctoral position is open in the Radiobiology for Targeted and Personalized Radiotherapies’ team of Pr. Azria and Dr. Pouget, in the « Institut de Recherche en Cancérologie de Montpellier » (Montpellier Cancer Research Institute).

The goal of this project is to decipher the biological mechanisms responsible for this toxicity and exploit them to better understand the biological basis of these assays.

This project is part of the development of an integrated research program carried out by SIRIC Montpellier Cancer, one of the 8 integrated cancer research sites certified by the French National Cancer Institute.

Candidate Requirements: The candidate should have a PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or Biochemistry. We are looking for a postdoc fellow who can work independently in a collaborative environment. Candidate should be creative, have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate well in English. We are therefore seeking a highly motivated research scientist in the field of cellular biology with an interest in translational research.

Starting position: The fellowship will start as soon as the post is filled.

Contract duration: 2 years
